The coaching relationship is designed as an alliance to meet the exclusive needs of the client. The coaching environment is a safe and courageous space where the emphasis is on uncovering learning and producing action.
The Cascata Group coaches provide a stimulating and supportive environment for professionals to examine, reflect, evaluate, and enhance their leadership capabilities. Our expertise lies in working with leaders and teams to develop their capacity for awareness, insight, choice, and action around their most challenging issues.
Features of our coaching approach include: attention on all the stakeholders, emphasis on the future, alignment with the organization’s mission and values, and parallel changes in behavior.
If you have more focused goals, we provide – upon request – specialty coaching to address that precise need, and will customize specific skill development and strategies for addressing such issues as transition management; having difficult conversations; accountability and performance management conversations; resolving interpersonal conflict; time management and more.
Partnering with leaders and leadership teams, The Cascata Group can also help evaluate the state of your business and identify your future goals. Through this same collaborative process, we support the creation of focused strategies that bridge the gap.
We believe that communication is the heart of leadership. It’s how leaders ignite performance, inspire commitment, build followership, and bring their ideas to the world. We coach executive teams to help them be stronger as a team, have the right conversations, and take the right actions to move forward faster.
Learning + Action = Results
Scheduled Coaching Sessions
You are provided dedicated, unlimited access to your coach. One-on-one confidential sessions are provided in-person and can be either on- or off-site. Remote sessions are also available via web conferencing.
Coaching Resource
Ad hoc, in-person or phone sessions can be scheduled in addition to regularly scheduled sessions. This can be particularly useful when preparing for practicing new skills, such as a critical conversation.
Facilitated Conversations
The coach can be available to facilitate conversations between you and others – to guide participants in an objective and neutral manner to a successful decision, solution, or conclusion. Outside facilitators are often valuable when participants are likely to have strong opinions in the subject matter or personal interest in the outcomes or when the topic is of high importance to the organization.
Assessment Tools & Programs
It can be beneficial to incorporate assessment tools such as Cascata’s 360° feedback program or Everything DiSC® as part of a one-on-one coaching and development process.
Observation & Feedback
At times it can be useful for the coach to observe you "in action" in various settings and provide feedback.
